1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility – Our platform is intended for Indonesian small business owners and digital entrepreneurs aged 22‑45 who operate in the United States market. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Service Scope – Business Boost delivers short‑cycle growth tactics designed to generate measurable traction within 30 days. Content, templates, coaching sessions, and digital tools are provided “as is” and are not a guarantee of specific results.
3. Payment & Refunds – All fees are payable in U.S. dollars and must be settled prior to receiving any premium content. Refunds are only issued for technical failures that prevent access to purchased material within 48 hours of payment. No other refunds will be granted.
4. Intellectual Property – All materials, methodologies, and brand assets created by Business Boost remain the exclusive property of Business Boost. You may use them solely for your own business operations and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them to third parties.
5. Governing Law – These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
6. Dispute Resolution – Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Modifications – Business Boost may amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the email address on file.
8. Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Business Boost at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or any conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability – To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Boost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Privacy & Data Use – Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described therein.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Business Boost concerning your use of our services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
